yay i got to play with my new welder today for a little bit! too bad i don't have any actual wire brushes, i suppose they were plastic bristled (oops, only melted a little bit!).

i also picked up those bigoffroad leaves that were posted up in NEOW (someone had the link up here a week or so ago) this afternoon, so sometime soon i'll be tossing those bad larries in.

and i want to sign up for NACfest so bad, but still can't do it just yet. if i do get this job in west TX i interviewed yesterday for, mayyybe i can time it right so as I'm on my way through with the budget truck and jeep on a trailer, I'll stop and wheel for a few days!

I'm def hoping to make it to NACfest. Goal # 1 is to make it to lobsters. Hopefully will get the inspection next week once I actually put some time into figuring out my lights. I took this week off to start going to the gym again after work and gotta carry through with that. Once I am back in the swing of that I can start juggling the Jeep and gym.

i say you'll make it to both, whats left to be done?

and i juggle the gym, full time work, 5 classes at school, and two softball leagues... yeah i said softball

EDIT: holy shit, ordered two spicer 760 joints at 5:40 from just differentials and they were shippped at 6:53, noice!!

AND IM GONNA HAVE SPICERS COLIN DOES THIS MEAN I CAN WHEEL WITH YOU NOW?!?!?!?!

If that's the case then don't worry about it. I'm sure there would be someone going to look at it after you and if whoever looked at it after you bought it I would feel bad for having wasted your time. If it's still available Friday I will make the drive up, no biggy.

If I make it to lobsters I have very little excuse for not making it to NACfest.

I have to get electrical fixed and get inspected and drive just shy of 500 miles before lobsters to break in the gears (maybe do some steering work too, but I am keeping stock steering for lobsters, maybe just buying some new ends to tighten it up). Then before NACfest I gotta relocate trackbar above axle and do OTK 1-ton steering and hopefully find some skids

And I also have a cornhole league that kills my thursday afternoons, so that's one day out of the week I am busy, and like I said once I get into the swing of going to the gym I will be fine... I just gotta get back into it, the first week or 2 sucks when your a fatass and lazy like me :laugh:

for the past half hour ive been drooling over my atlas, actually ive started messin with putting together the shift linkage, kinda stopped as some parts have locknuts and sont wnt to mess up that stuff, plus im to lazy to dig through my tools for the proper allen wrenches

sweet. I so badly wish I had the $4500 to drop on the nv4500/atlas combo that's FS on neow currently...

Hahahah, I now understand the smiley face.

I was holding the mirror and Ken was talking, then he just stopped and was like "what the..."

I'm sure that would have been pretty funny if I gave her the mirror with that message still on it.


There was a piece of tape with "This better get you laid" written on it from Ross.
