THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Still... video cameras? 6GB? that indicates some serious idiocy on the part of the coders IMO

If it uses custom hardware and requires the installation of any drivers (or installs them itself at runtime) my bet is that they haven't gotten around to writing 64-bit drivers for them. Either that, or they're too lazy to validate that it works on 64 bit and would rather just force you to buy a separate server for their system and install a 32 bit OS.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

anyone wanna go to the casinos friday?

im not so much a gambler. i just like the bars there. but ill prolly find a blackjack table towards the end of the night

mohegan?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

My bet is it'll run on a 64-bit OS or that 6 is a typo.

ken beat me to it, but that's what i was going to say. 32 bit windows tops out at about 3.37 G of usable ram even if you give it more.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

not sure.
its my buddies 21st and he said "casinos"
doesnt matter much to me
overall i like mohegan more, but foxwoods has the scorpion bar, which is basically my favorite place ever for drinks

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i like drinks, its nice

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If you try to pull some bullshit stunt like that, I will slap you silly.

I was going to tell him he could have it since I won't be able to get up TOO soon, but then I read that blasphemy

And I have a strange feeling I won't be getting it :( I have it on my schedule to go take a look at it on Friday evening but he has a couple guys looking at it tomorrow and for some reason I get the idea that for $1300, one of the people tomorrow will be picking it up.

So someone should go look at it RIGHT NOW and buy it for me, I will pay you an extra $100 for your time if you can talk him down to $1200 :D
Honestly, I'm FARRR too lazy to do a tranny swap to that extent. I would find another ax-15 and toss it in though. Plus I like having one of each. :D Scott, I might be able to swing by there tomorrow, depending on what my parents have planned for me if anything. I could take a look at it and let you know if it's worth while you driving up to this area.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Probably not going to NACFest but I agree with Rob on this one.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i guess i can't help you decide.
You need to turn that "can't do" into a "can do" mister.
Not for the shirts sake either.

I've used this in my thread somewhere, but it applies here as well.

Edit: Ken, I guess this applies to you as well.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I'd love to go, hell, I've been down there for one-day trips where I didn't even wheel before, I'm not afraid of the driving.

It's simply a matter of the time I have available... IF everything goes well, on the 21st I will become a homeowner (was going to be the 14th, but due to paperwork got postponed a week.) That means I'll have a roof to replace, several thousand pounds of plaster to strip out, a bunch of rooms to rewire, a pallet of drywall to install... a chimney to build, most likely. I just don't have the time.

IF I end up renting for a few months because the house falls through, well, screw it, I'll drive on down for the weekend just to hang out, whether my jeep is ready or not.

EDIT: I'm really just being a realist here. I'd rather plan on not being able to go, and then SURPRISE! be able to, than flake out at the last minute when it becomes clear that there is no way in hell I'll make it.

That would be awesome. I will let you know whether or not it sells tomorrow (I should be getting an email sometime during the day telling me if it is still available).

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

mmm......nacfest. soon enough ill start to think about it. realisticly, i dont think the jeep needs anything other then the tire fixed, interior put back in minus carpet, an inspection sticker, luau wheeling, and spare 30 parts gathered.
