Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

my factory 4 link made taco soup of my control arms

stock uppers bring the suck.

if i bend my solid RK uppers i will high five myself. i've bent RE lowers but they were the old ones and the bro who i talked to on the phone when i rebuilt them said they were thinner wall than the new ones.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

sam and i should have some good fun in socal, just trolling the threads over there..

We just did a 6.5 BDS on a buddy's XJ and we'll see... he's on 32's and it looks a little odd... but flexes NICE... I think 33s will be the max.

I just don't get how one can flex 35s on a 6" lift... street probably... offroad I doubt I could...

Curt

and reply to that ^

True, but they look good going down the escalator. :yelclap:

hehehehehe. too bad sam's not running 37s on 3" anymore.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

badass... two of my favorite bands, another I like, and another I just started listening to that sounds good too are all playing at the Palladium in Worcester on the 4th of June. Of course, if things go well I'll be living in Southbridge by then, but still, pretty close by!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

sooo todays meeting went well. Finished the meeting super fast in 15-20 minutes... then spent an hour talking about my Jeep, the MJ that I just sold my buddy (who was also in that meeting), wheeling in general, watching youtube videos of Jeeps, talked about ATVs a bit, then talked about different cars (one of the guys has a TL and an accord he wanted to talk about). The whole convo started cause one guy saw my busted knuckle and a bruise or 2 on my arm and asked what I had been doing to the Jeep this past week since he knew I had been working on it. note to self... work on Jeep every monday night. :rof:

I say that was one of the best meetings yet. Meeting went super easy and I killed an hour out of the day :D Now I have a french dip sub for lunch. Life is good.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If I had a press I'd do it for ya for some pizza.
What's your opinion of the HF presses, say the 6 or 12 ton one? I was strongly considering one on my last trip there, you can borrow it if I pick one up.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

colin, i just got an email from my father. he said he ran into you and saw your truck. i hope you explained to him why i need one.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Good point. I didn't even think to check that... would hate to have the crossbar jam/bind crosswise while trying to apply force to something not directly below the ram.

Yeah, he said "Anthony wants everything".

DAD BURN!! OH SNAP!!

:D

But yeah I told him I use it to tow, pickup parts, etc and get a consistent 20-23 mpg.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

yeah. he said he heard you pull in too. jawesome. i'm used to being burned by him. it happens often. i think i'm somewhat numb to it.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Colin - I'm liable to be passing through your neck of the woods at around 5:30 to 6:30 and again an hour or a bit more after that, any chance you'd be around so I can give you your bar stock etc?

Ross - mind pming me an address to meet you at so I can deliver your gauge cluster?
