Car camping is awesome for cooking, almost no limit on what you can bring.I made that post earlier today... So like I said, I'm not so much looking for recipies that are made on the fire, just looking to try some different stuff with my cool new stuff. I'm not picky, I'll eat just about anything. Throw some of your favorite recipies at me and we'll see if I'm capable  Most of our camping is car-camping for a weekend of wheeling, for what it's worth...

on a stove, a jambalaya is always good.
Boxed jambalaya mix
canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
Can red kidney beans
peppers, green, jalapeno, habanero, whatever you feel like
onion
Whatever type of meat you want, just about everything goes good
cook up the meat and set aside, saute the peppers and onion and set aside, cook the jambalaya mix, add everything together in 1 pot, serve.
I made a pot last weekend, 10 lbs of meat and seafood into it
i know the owner of the ford. isn't this just priceless?
