i guess its about time to fix the claw and get on it. do you need rear hatch glass to get a sticker? :dunno:

So I spent my lunch break and some more time trying to track down what parts to utilize for the 4.0 > NP435 setup.

Looks like I need...

- 10.5" diameter, 10 spline, 1.063" diameter clutch disc
- 10.5" diameter pressure plate
- Stock 4.0 flywheel
- 81-82 CJ-7 2.5L slave cylinder
- Stock AX-15 master cylinder
- Throwout bearing not sure about yet, I think 81-82 CJ-7

Also, the guy I bought it from said that the NP435/D20 were made to "share fluids" in stock form, as in the stock cast iron adapter between them had a drain plug and whatnot. To my knowledge, that sounds like BS. I'm going to find a way to seal up the back of the trans. I'm not sure how the t-case would even NOT be sealed up front from the factory.

If anyone wants one there is an OHC in the white 95 sport at sams, good luck getting the drivers door open. There is also a factory/dealer sunroof on the black 2wd 97+. I've never seen so many strange options at sams at the same time before, they're all right next to the red lwb renix mj with column shift I mentioned a few times.

CCV valves - I haven't found the right part numbers to ask for at the dealer/NAPA yet :roflmao: at around 3AM I ordered a fel-pro valve cover gasket ($33) and other assorted gasketry however (dizzy + OFA, MJ fuel pump retaining ring, among other things.)

I know Joe Peters has posted the CCV replacement set info a few times so I'm probably going to scrounge around the forum a bit later today and order that stuff too. I figure once I've done the OFA, dizzy, and valve cover gaskets and fixed the CCV system, any oil leak that's left pretty much has to be the oil pan gasket or RMS.

Ken when you find the correct part numbers, let me know too. I have blowback in the Blairwitch.

Time to be the man and step up my game! i was talking with Dundy the other day and we both agreed i should just STFU and buy some big boy tires. So i pulled the trigger and bought some sweet new meats for black jeeps build to be based on now. party1: Unfortunately, with this new decision im gunna have be commited to chromo shafts, at least up front to begin with. Im gunna order Ten Factory shafts 35 spline inners & outers for the 60. ill see how the stock 14b shafts hold up, but time may call for some double splined 300M stuff :greensmok

And I have come to the consensus that I"m just going to scrap the ARB-modified-hacked-up-front-bumper idea and just use what I have and start from scratch.

I like the Moab 4x4 Outpost bumper.

I'm fairly certain the ARB grillgaurd section will live on.
