anybody have a dana60 carrier chillin in thier garage or something and want to measure the ring gear surface to the bottom of the carrier bearing surface?

i just bought this cheap dana60 detroit and i would like to confirm if its for deep gears

part numbers and google don't help me

if thats the case then sell it again, or have it out with the seller. because like you said, spacers are gay, and according to that article no one makes deep gears for 60s

in my haste i read the specs fast and wrong

For a 3 series carrier (4.10 and down, Spicer part number 706040X) Dimension A is 2.225"

For a 4 series carrier (4.56 and up Spicer part number 706041X) Dimension A is 2.360"

my locker is 2.3125"

so do i have some bastard inbetweenie locker?
