techno/metal mix here. Drowns out the guy down the aisle from me who uses the phrase "you understand what I'm saying" at least twice per minute, and is always on the phone.

(he doesn't know how to end a conversation, either, so if he shows up at my cube to ask me something I can guarantee that I'll be sitting there wishing he'd stop talking to me for at least ten minutes)

Bob - I think they're the same but I really am not sure at all, 99 to 00 was the hp to lp changeover but nothing else I know about.

yeah i thought i was something with composite rotors not fitting on one of the hubs? im not sure. i have that 01 xj for parts. im going to rape the axle of its shafts.

Got the spare D30 stripped and the carrier out, roll pin and spiders removed. Now i gotta get on the ball and go thru black jeep. hopefully ill start at some point tomorrow and if im real cool, ill be all hardcore and itll be ready to go by the end of the night.

anyone know if a 01 unit bearing will fit a 99, i know then changed something around that time.

01 unit bearings are different IIRC. those are the special ones that i run for my WJ swap. and damnit... you found it before i could...

i have no idea, i ground down some extra thrust washers on a surface grinder, got it to the closest minium tollerances possible, worked great for 2-3 months then shit the bed like the first one, it would never lock. the second one lasted longer tho. so im just gonig to weld it saturday, im selling the aussie to billy as soon as i get off my ass and get pictures.

My early 99 has the later hubs/rotors on it. I've found with any 99 to just look at them and verify as you never know what Chrysler was pumping out.

I just got to stay at work late. I wonder what's for dinner.

My boss got to leave early. His wife called him in hysterics because she couldn't get hot water. She kept asking what he could do and all he kept saying was "nothing, I am at work an hour away, there's not much I can do." Then told her "I cant deal with you when you're like this" and hung up. It was quite amusing. He kept telling her to just go look if water was leaking or if it smelled like gas. She kept telling him that she already went to the basement and it didn't sound like anything was wrong and almost refused to go back and look.
