So I'm having second thoughts about running 2.25" spacers in the front of my rig. I'm selling my DD car in a few months and will be taking it about 50 miles a day on I-93. Would that be unstable? I need to reach about 5.5 to be level with the rear now, so I'm considering RE 5.5" coils. But my uncle's 3.5" kit got him a little over 4" including a warrior front bumper. Would the RE's get me somewhere in the 6" range?

Not sure what I came out to (never measured), but this was prob after I had the RE5.5s for 6 months.

I want the front to be level or about .25" lower than the rear. I hate when the rear is lower than the front. You havnt trimmed your fenders have you?

Going to be different now. That was with a D30.
The HP44 has larger tubes and different mounts.
For reference, my bro has RE 3.5" coils with two stock isolators and he has a solid 5" of lift up front (22.5" from center of hub to bottom of flare, stock is 17.5"). The lift has been in for ~4-5 months.

Oh yeah I forgot you have a 44 in the front. I may just go fro the 4.5 coils. I should be safe with that and worst case is I get small spacers or grab some iso's at a junk yard.

Looks like in a few days fullsize XJ will get an order from me. I'm going to PM him on some prices for TB TB mount and 4.5" coils. My parents are going to kill me...

Side note: on mass pike, forgot to fill my jerry can, forgot to keep an eye on the odo. Ran out as I pulled into the station, just put 19.87 gallons in a 20 gallon tank :shocked:
