Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

best way to find info like that is to call the company and ask.

there you go making things simple and easy. :twak:

EDIT: actually, since they also use the same TREs on their other stuff I bet it's a standard thread I can find more info about on the web... and I know I can find info on the joints I'd be buying for it. Hrmmmm. Internets time

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

sometimes you can get a discount if you drop the "naxja" depending on the company. being polite and calling never hurts

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Any of you guys happen to be familiar with Nissan coil-on-plug modules? I've got 3 wires coming off the back - IB, G, and +. Looks to me like + is constant 12V power, one of the others is a ground-switched trigger line back to the ECU, and the other is ignition monitor/detection or something... not sure exactly how to run these.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

negative, sorry.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

so why are you yelling about it

Anthony - yeah, neither here :| ignition systems are one thing I barely understand and I'd like to learn more about em by building one, but I haven't found any real info on the pinout for these modules I pulled. I guess I'll see if I can pick up a Haynes for fairly cheap and hope the wiring diagrams are reasonably accurate.

Finally done for night...

- Did ball joints and now have spare knuckles and ball joints
- Cleaned out my jeep and repacked everything
- Got a taillight from Ross and went down to Bob's to fix my tire (half a trees worth of bark in the bead).
- Detailed the interior of my truck :D

Need some food now...

I also never understood why people thought that redrilling the stock mounting position is good/will do anything?

I ran a stock track bar redrilled 3/4" over on the axle end on an RE 3.5" for 2 years and never had a problem.

It's perfectly acceptable for something like Ken's lift on short arms. You're not going to max out the track bar with that setup.

On the IRO stuff, it might work ok, but I just don't trust that sketchy cam setup. What's wrong with an adjustable arm?
