Rounded it more, anyone who's worked on a car 5+ years old knows that trick. I think maybe a 15mm 6 point socket hammered on and try and use an impact if possible.

phew my tcase skid is finally back on after a lot of swearing and yelling at it, and i coulud only get 1 bolt in the crossmember with it. it won't be going anywhere, but i'm not real happy with how low the skidrow skid sits now that i dont have a transfer case drop anymore. i guess i need to start saving funds for a better bellypan or something

My jeep will not be attending this weekend. My drop bracket braces won't be in in time. However, I will be a passenger in Ross' Jeep taking pictures and stuff.

Amazingly I brought my 00' XJ back to life with no ill effects. In fact this being the worst overheat situation its had, I didnt have to fix anything. This is the 4th time the XJ has overheated since I've owned it. I even checked the compression on the cylinders and there fine. I did however upgrade the elec. fan today to help.
