Wow its been awhile since I had to buy a decent ujoint. Usually I'm just picking up replacement dshaft ones but just got 2 for the D60 axleshafts and there goes $100.

I also finally decided to put my specs in my sig.

What did I forget?

that sig is all wrong. you dont have a modified ARB bumper and a M8000, you only have DS rocker protetion, it likes to drink water, and it fights against you trying to make it run/drive correctly.

So Colin, how can you ream out a Tie Rod End?

Most companies ream this out for you.

I bought Moog ones from my local parts guy, so the hole is reamed for a steering stabilizer which is a lot smaller taper than the TRE that an inverted T uses.

should i expect to need a steering stabilizer on the WJ stuff? i'd rather not if i can get away with out it.

Hopefully good. No way to check them until it's on the ground. Not a hard job though, the ball joints are pressed in the outer knuckle and not a big deal to do.
