my winch cost me 175 bucks total. 100 for the winch, 25 for a fairlead, 25 ea for 2 solenoids.

i've been winched a couple times already. the day i destroyed my fender wrapping it on the inside of a tree, that huge pipe i couldnt make it over after the tranny went where we even needed a snatch block, and probably anotehr time or two. i'm bummed, i've already spent my tax return... damnit transmission. i gotta get those axles in so the tranny doesn't take teh stress of shoving 32" tires around with 3.07s

i've really only ever seen a winch used a few times on a trail. oh well.

i was out with NTC last spring and they used it the most out of anyone i've ever seen. lame.

I don't see it as lame to winch... It's just a nice option/security feature to have. In deepwoods, when you winch, you really need to be winching. People give you **** big time if you're being a pansy about going for something... Good times

ohh no I love how my jeep rides, I really didn't want to ditch the coils because of that, but I need more height. So they gotta go.

haha, yeah but i didn't think it was that necessary. people were having no balls. waaaah i have a nice toyota with leather interior and i don't want to hurt it. please pull me over. waaah i'm open open on 32s in deep snow...

that's why i say lame.

at least kyle gave it hell till he broke something.

hm. how much do you want for them? not completely sold yet.... i might just stack coil insulators and use my .75 spacers.

hmmm should i get RE 5.5 coils? or eric's? i can't decide. RE 5.5 coils aren't cheap. 136+25 shipping and no guarantee i'd have them by the end of next week either...
