bill, the tank i got is tiiiiiiny. it's maybe 1.5 ft end to end and 6" diameter... not at all a 40 cu ft. if i decide to weld anything on sunday after i get the welder, i'll use it, but other that, i'm hunting for a 80

Check the size, if its about 22" tall by 6.5" wide than it is a 40 cubic foot tank. That's what I use with mine for portability. I'm always going somewhere else to weld so it's much more convenient. I can toss it in either vehicle with my gear. Large tanks can be a b**** to transport. And it'll last longer than you might think if you set it right.

22ish tall to the nozzle or just the bottle itself? compared to the one in the picture, this thing is tiiiiny. it's hardly bigger than a 2L bottle of soda. but, good info nonetheless

shit my bumper's steering brace didn't come with extra steering box bolts (the three long ones together in the picture on here http://www.jcroffroad.com/xjuniframe.html). I'm assuming they'll break when i put the bumper on. what size are they so i can go to hte hardware store and get some?
