my buddy just got one not long ago too - factory e-lockers front and rear. Automatic but pretty comfy. I'd drive one.

So the 'accepted' way of making spark plug wires is really to just fold the conductor around the insulator, and crimp the **** out of it, smashing the terminal and the conductor together?

Seems hack.

Yup. Seems hack, but works every time. That's exactly the technique called out on the wires I used on my 440.

I don't know how expensive the crimper is (my uncle had one) but it made the process a lot simpler. That and the wires I bought came with a stripper that always took off the perfect length.

anyone know the "smartest" way to save/invest a few grand for 18-24 months? savings accounts have pretty much no interest.. this would be money for wedding/house for tarah and i.

CD will pay a little bit.

$3-4k is not going to earn you much of anything over that time period, and I'm assuming you wouldn't want to do anything risky with it.
