ah the start of making a trash house, make sure you never paint or stain the new trim and leave as many exposed nails as possible. for the floor just pull the current stuff and expose the plywood underneath so you have a nice hardwood flooring. i know what i am talking about i watch a lot of hgtv

Anyone know anyone interested in a GM 3.8L supercharged V6, from a Pontiac?

Clean title on the car, biggest problems are A/C and cosmetic, could be a DD without too much work. $500.

Just throwin it out there.

.......bonneville? I work with a guy who has one and is strangely in love with it, he might want it for a parts car or otherwise. Let me know year, color, etc...

His had ac problems too..apparently with a module for the auto climate control that was hard to find and quite expensive

Idk how much tile your doing. But if its a lot I'd get some knee pads that support your ankles too.

Also traffic down south sucks.
