my buddy is currently working on chopping and channeling a B-model Mack cab onto a slammed chevy c10 chassis with a 12valve/nv4500. I wish I had pictures, it looks sick.

What's everyones opinion on smoke alarms?

One of ours "expired" so I'm thinking about replacing them all as they are all at least 4-5 years old.

I was looking at buying 2 sets of these most likely:

I like the idea that they all link together and set all of them off. I'm not sure I'd wake out of a deep sleep if one in the basement went off for example.

One upstairs hallway, one downstairs hallway, one in the basement, and throw the other one somewhere else.

NH doesn't really have any smoke alarm laws, just that you have one for each floor I think.
