THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

The birds are nice. IMO, I wouldn't permanently take the feeder down. Beers won't do much harm other than the feeder (and surrounding shrubs) if you forget and leave it overnight as long they can get to it easy and you leave them alone. Unlikely it'll be crashing through your sliding door into your kitchen unless it is rabid or something.

Another reason you need to get a dog. It becomes part of the nightly walk to bring the feeders in and then out again in the morning.

I have PLENTY of birds even with nothing in the bird feeder. I'm not worried about it. There's plenty of natural food to go around. Has nothing to do with bears, I just don't like where it is and I'd rather get rid of it (it's falling apart) than either get a new one or put it elsewhere. Maybe I'll change my mind later but for now I'm indifferent and don't feel like getting a new one.

No dog for now.

Dogs are good early warning systems, too.

What else will eat from a bird feeder, or the stuff that drops on the ground? Squirrel (duh), Turkey? Deer? There's lots around here, but not much of it ventures through the patch of woods behind my house between our yard and the golf course. I'd like to lure them this way prior to hunting season... I can hunt my yard or the golf course when it's closed, but it's only closed when there's snow.

Nothing to do with what eats from it. Like I said, it's already damaged and I don't feel like getting a new one.

We already know the MJ is in there

Thank you Robert, not enough DMX in here lately.

Early AM burn! I would've grabbed your truss stuff yesterday since it's sitting under my Jeep at Pat's, but I hate you. :(

No need to get defensive it was merely a comment!

Boo. Lots of work but worth every second of it.
~65lbs of bed hogging, Frisbee retrieving, face-licking love right now. Travis yours must be at the ~225lb mark now?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

haha no, he's actually down a bit. Currently somewhere around 150. He went on a diet :laugh3:

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

No defensiveness (?) intended

I would love a dog right now and already talked to Kate about it but we agreed to wait a bit.

Tiki has been settled at ~92 lbs for a long while. I already told my parents I'm going to steal her when they're not looking.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

tarah and i got a dog less than a month after moving in with each other

that was pretty much my doing, i've wanted one since i was a kid. when we get a house we're getting another.
