I have it plotted out in google maps right now, seven yards in 208 miles from the time I leave to the time I get home, or four in 124 miles.

I just have to pick up a dakota trans and wj d35 that are already pulled. I was thinking of taking a walk through sams but I've got to get to the salt water fishing show in providence by noon-ish

Ken, if you see any manual TJ's in the junkyard (I know a TJ is rare), please call me, I will need parts off one eventually.

I don't think I've EVER seen an intact TJ in a junkyard.

Or any CJ/YJ.

I don't even think they make it to the u-pull part of the yards. I'd bet they strip them as soon as they come in and just list the parts they have since they know they can get $$$ for them.

I unfortunately don't :( the only ones I have left are in trucks or future trailers.

There's one in Freetown right now, but like you said, the engine/tranny's are typically pulled at least.

side note-

Low Coolant warning light came on in the truck this morning... temp is fine, truck runs fine, no ugly smoking. Checked the level when I got to work, and it is a bit low. At lunch I'll go get some coolant and fillerup. If any of you fellas have ideas of what to check/look/possible reasons and what they could mean, I'm all ears! Gotta do another donut trip tomorrow night/Saturday, so I'm hoping it's nothing major. If it is, I'm trading this ****er right in ha

My plans for rear tube work to tie in the rear coil buckets and shock mounts is a bit ghetto and no real reasoning for to placement of the tube

The most intact wrangler I've ever seen in a yard was down to a rotted frame, beat tub and a few lame things nobody wants.

Unless jeepsunlimited is considered a Junkyard. My old TJ made it there in one piece. I saw it sitting intact with no tires or wheels there one day.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you see something leaking.

If your coolant level is dropping rapidly, I'd bet you'll see smoke/leaks or whatever.

Top it off and see how it goes.
