Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
Who cares!!!
Who cares!!!
I want that blue 2 door that just popped up on the trading post!! It's an exact twin of the two door I had in high school
looks pretty clean.
Speaking of the trading post. Anyone here want to admin and take it over?
No pay, and you get to listen to a crybaby about once a week. Its mostly just approving requests to join and keeping the obvious spammers out.
I saw this nifty setup in the junkyard... 8 lug TTB thing, it has 30 or 35 spline inners or something on it from the factory and is even made by the same company as your donor. Maybe you could put it on your rig? :anon:There's only so much you can cobble together in the garage!
Not sure what they make them out of, but I'm not really worried about it, at least for the center joint.
The axle drive splines are bored right into the wheel flange itself so rather than have a drive slug, they shorten and simplify the whole package. That lets them use different (and serviceable) bearings inside with a different sealing design, they have left/right threaded spindle nuts depending on which side of the truck it goes on...
Functionally the difference results in a life span of seasons vs. races. Just a much better, more carefully crafted part overall.
I think I'm still leaning towards the 806x option though, mostly because a D44-sized CV ball will look dumb floating in a D50/SuperDuty 60 size spot. :dunce:
maybe if my jeep is back together.Anyone game for panos sat around 2ish

I'll do it for a few of those single LED lights you were talking about.
