whats the real difference with running P vs. LT tires? its like 40 bucks cheaper a tire for a P tire... the disco weighs 4200lbs and im pretty sure the OEM ones are P tires.

i just didnt know if a P tire was junk to put on a truck that will get wheeled every now and then. im looking at cooper AT3s... load index 111, 2403lbs.

I'm with Rob. I'd check to see how many ply the sidewalls are and whatnot.

I'd be hesitant to put a P rated tire on something that weighs 4k+ lbs.

And I got your text last night Rob, but I was right in the middle of wiring up the plow on my truck. Completely forgot to respond.

I need to make sure everything works tonight since we may or may not get slammed with snow this week.

And I got your text last night Rob, but I was right in the middle of wiring up the plow on my truck. Completely forgot to respond.

I need to make sure everything works tonight since we may or may not get slammed with snow this week.

I was looking at it more and I think I can just angle the floor there after a couple if slits. Next week when I have the house to myself. Just don't want to stink it up like burnt bed liner.


And saw the weather last night after I washed the truck and took the sand out the back. Oops

My dad ran these in E on the 2500 cummins they are a :greensmok: tire!
Good in the snow and they have good road manners.
Also I need two rear tires for the turd truck. Any reason to not go tread wright? I have studded tires out back and some time in April they become illegal.

It works pretty well and I don't think the 4-link will increase the fun level at all.


Yeah, I didn't put any weight in this year. Noticeable difference but I has so much stuff in and out of the back I just didn't want to be moving bags of salt around in addition to everything else.

Biggest reason was departure angle, I was sick of hitting the leafs going down shit and catching the bumper going up shit, I also has zero uptravel . And lastly I wanted a little more wb.
