Adam, I challenge you to a race. Your jeep in 4Low vs. the nova's first and only gear. we should have about the same top speed, although you'll probably be faster off the line.

My first assignment for my writing class is I have to write an email, and then in a 2nd document, I have to analyze that email. Ghey.

super ghey, but middler writing is cake. for my group's assignment we did a research paper on roller coasters.

and colin we're back in classes, and i htink my mechanical engineering design class is going to be a bum rape amount of work. oh well, i was counting down the days at raytheon so i'm going to enjoy being busy again

oh and btw, i still have to get the front end aligned but the trackbar bolt is in now (although not torqued - junk threads, just a place holder) so the rear end work shall commence the rest of this week / this weekend!

and just so it looks like i've been doing something again

that was in REVERSE, btw!

And speaking of races...whens the front axle disassembly race going down??? We would use my 30 at Bill's house if it is needed!

35's should make it a fair race, the nova's a complete dog off the line with a 1st gear ratio of 1.76 and a 3.08 R&P.



as for axle races, it is a well known fact i can do this the fastest using only a single 13MM wrench and a monkey wrench. while on this part of the topic, what tools would be used? air tools? breaker bar only?

Well I just picked up a 97 XJ with a carbed 318. Its got a edel. carb & ram air gap intake on it so the cleaner is thru the hood but I'll have to fix that. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet but I'm wondering how quick I can smoke the d35 in the rear. I think if I keep it one of my 9"s will go in.

Hand tools only...All I need is a small and a large 1/2" ratchet, 12 pt. 13mm, 18 mm (caliper brackets), small pry bar (compress caliper), 36mm, and a hammer!!!
