Spiderman wins.
Got the first pattern run using the old shims. 20-25 in lbs of pinion bearing preload, 8.5-9 thousandths backlash and the pinion is shallow as fawk.
Whoever set it to that is retarded.

why you think i bought 35s? it was another nine hundred dollars for 37s. nine XXXXing hundred. that and gearing wise 513s are perfect. i'll get 37s-38s when i go to stage two... thats a long ways down the road, and involves more power, a front end thats larger by 14, c/os, and probably links out back.
stage three is death, either me or the jeep, whatever comes first after reaching orbit and the like.

After I figure out how it stops in low range now I'll put priority on a doubler or standard. But I would rather stick with the auto because it's already there.

my j10 is gonna make 37s look small. the cheapest tire i found that i will actually run in larger than a 37 is the irok. not too thrilled about that but it will do if it comes down to it

What pics are you looking at? At first the 35s looked small on my jeep but I grew to like it. We're just used to huge tires on no lift.
