THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I cut the muffler out of my truck and straight piped it. Pretty loud but I kinda like it :)

I'm thinking about picking up a lightly used snapon impact gun for $150.

It's easily 4 times stronger than my craftsman and would be my first snapon tool. Haven't decided if I'm going to pick it up later this week or not.

That didn't take long.

Probably to loud for me, but then again I'm a baby and like my truck stockish sounding.

Hey old man, I saw the picture of the brush pile. When's the bon-fire?
Haha, oh really? Which one did you see?

My guess is it is probably the one I shot of both of us with the 10sec timer?
Unfortunately we stood at the lower section, the really tall part on the right goes half way up that tree. I stand on the lower section to pile on the upper. It's about ~25' wide too.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Yeah Angel posted the picture of you two standing next to it. Light it now and you wont have to clear the rest of the lot:D

No one cares, but I was bored, going through some pictures when I realized that every Jeep I've owned has been towed by a tow truck or else trailed since it was unable to drive.

This one lasted maybe a half hour before it got a tow truck. Didn't even make it home after purchasing it. I even missed Adam's surprise birthday party, which I accidentaly ruined the surprise for him. It then got towed home a second time, when I was meeting Travis, which happened to be the first time I met Mia.

7 months before it went on a tow truck.

Rob's Jeep: Picked it up from Rob on a trailer
Bill's Jeep: AAA'ed from Bill's

Which also brings me to realize how there is a weird connection between Bill, Jeeps and I. The ARB bumper entered the NAC through Bill, then went to Carmelo, then to me. Bill considered buying the red Jeep for angel before I bought it, and then I bought the Jeep he did buy for Angel off him after he crashed it. Does this mean his Jeep is next?

That looks sick! You plan on sealing it off from the elements somehow?
four words: welded on half doors :roflmao:

my 96 XJ: flatbed ride home from Camp Underground fall '10, johnny's trailer ride to RC NACFest '11, forklift ride from RC to wherever they keep their parts hulks. Good riddance.

my 91 MJ: never towed. I have always found a way to get it home, even when I rearended someone, when the trans lines sprung a leak when my friend Jack still owned it, and when the motor tried to fall out.

my 88 MJ: made it home even though the gas tank fell out and sprung a leak (100 feet from home)

my 98 XJ: well I'm still driving it with 4 cylinders working. Foot to the floor and steer it. Check engine light came on, I checked the engine and it was still there :dunno:

my 58 M54A2: thank god I've never had this turd towed. It drove to John's place under its own power on 5 cylinders and made it home after I fixed it. Not willing to risk this again till I really fix it...

Most of yours have been damn good reasons to trailer/tow though. I would have plated and drove Rob's jeep, but then how would you have gotten there to get it? MIGHT have driven the red 2 door but from what you said it was horrible... so probably not.

Haha, nice.

Rob's Jeep didn't/still doesn't run, bought it that way so I couldn't have driven it. Red Jeep needed new CPS when I picked it up (had no tools or knowledge of CPS to change it), and blew brake lines in the pic above, so it wasn't driving anywhere.
