Ok, so rear bumpstops are in. No idea if they hit like they should, or if they hit at the right spot. It may have been a complete waste of time, not sure yet. Gas skid is welded to the floor in its new home, tank is strapped down. Made an awesomely ghetto tcase skid, im fairly sure it will fall off if anything hits it. In the morning I need to flare the hard fuel line, clean this mess of tools, load the jeep, pack my shit, get Mia and foodshop before heading up. Not TOO bad...

You're gonna be horrified by the rust but it has a nice shiny gas tank and I think new balljoints and some other stuff. I helped that kid fix that thing, it is REALLY rusty, like worse than mine iirc. Oh, and I have the gas tank skid off it, all the damn bolts broke when we pulled it off to replace the tank and he said hell with it, keep it in exchange for helping him put the new tank in :yelclap:

Depending on price I would get the one Scott's friend has been sitting on for over a year without doing anything with. It used to be scully's (the shortbed one) and before that Bump's, I helped scully with some of the wiring issues it had and seem to recall it being in better shape.

And if I found a HO MJ back when I was car shopping I would be DD'ing a comanche right now. Will probably go back to shopping for one after I get my own house just to get a cheap beater truck if I can afford one.

selling my 4 cylinder comanche to colin was the dumbest thing i ever did.

it ran and drove perfect, got 27 mpg, and now i lose to it in offroad races
