uh oh, what happened!!

There are 3 adjuster screws per light. They have 2 feet that go through a hole, and then when you rotate the piece of plastic, they pinch the mountin bracket and hole theh light secure. (similar to how a light socket plugs into the tail lights). Well on the other side is a flag, and it is supposed to go into a detent so that it doesn't unscrew.

Well, they are damn near impossible to turn. I have already destroyed 1 adjuster piece, and close to messing up a 2nd. I will have to order a new mounting kit now. But I still have yet to get one screw in period, and I have to do 3 per light. There is just no room to try and rotate it due to the design of the housings.

hope you feel better, either way. i had a sore throat and runny nose for the first time in well more than a year last week. pretty much fine right now. i'm not allergic to pollen or anything that could be happening in the currently changing season...

i flexed my jeep on saturday night and got out and took a good look at stuff. i need another like 1/4" of bumpstopping in the front. any suggestions on what to do for that little amount? i'm considering cutting a hockey puck in half and resurfacing the cut face on the lathe and using that...

sweet, just ordered the metal i need for the rear bumper and such. im stoked now, next weekend will comprise of just two things; beer and fabrication. hopefully the beer part will come second

Colin witnessed a small version of what happens when my friends and I go out. One person buys a round for the group; then everyone owes someone something and it's all downhill from there. Especially when your buddy chats up the bartender and she "buys" a round or two for the whole place.
