Decisions, decisions... Craftsman or HF flex head long handle 3/8 drive ratchet. Both have lifetime warranty, both are mediocre quality, but at least at Sears I know I won't get hassled about it.

sometimes blasphemers speak the truth.
put the stock linkage back in my jeep using the new(er) bushings from my stock case.. the hardware store near me doesnt stock small heims and i lost interest to do the fancy linkage after that.

Yep. BTDT, I'm over it. This thing is all about avoiding the escalation of size & weight when you get into building a true Ultra4 car. An average Ultra4 @ 4500 lbs (some are even heavier) and 450 HP is 10 lbs per HP...I'm aiming for maybe 2800 lbs and 250 HP to start, 11.2 lbs per HP. Plus more nimble, a ton less unsprung weight, more efficient with a manual trans and smaller tires, and the ability to easily bump that to 300+ HP...shit starts sounding even more fun.
I'm gonna see if I can hack together a weight estimate for this thing.
Edit, crap, the SHO in Fairfield is CT, not NJ. Not quite as cool, but still worth it. I'm following up.
