gettin my broke shaft warrantied and some prices.
i think id be happy with cheap gears in there. not like i need them to be quiet or run on for a while.
just when the hubs are locked and not fast or under a load at all for long perods of time

didnt do any work on the jeep today, went to the twin state jeeps club meeting, then bs'd with friends for awhile nothin to cool, did see a subaru that rolled this morning and on the way back bought some Cummins Biege paint

I had to work on my final this morning. I got back around 3:30-4 and proceeded to fall asleep on the couch. I'm still recovering from working late for the past month and spending every waking moment on the weekends on the MJ.
Tomorrow is family stuff so I doubt anything will get done.

I actually did stuff on my Jeep for once. I got most of a bumper knocked out in just a few hours. I had half a plan and no idea what steel I had laying around, I just started burning holes and cutting shit until it started to come together. :dunno:

Yesterday I took the 231 out of my parts jeep. XXXX working on XJ's man, that shit sucks. I haven't done that in like 4 years.
Today I took the 231 apart, letting all the ATF drain out of it overnight, tomorrow I'll probably try and cut the front off/get the blockoff plate ready to go. Have the local guy weld it monday or tuesday, have it back in my XJ by next weekend.
You guys (with the exception of maybe XJLI) have no idea how ready I am to start this new rig. Shit's gonna be baller. $10k max, little junkyard-born rig beating up on the best of the east coast Ultra4's. Bring it on.
