It's the resistor. Only lets it work on high.

What size wire should i use when i go to weld on the hdoffroad frame stiffeners, and do the rockers? .030? or thinner or thicker? Mig not fluxcore... i figure i can dick around and figure it out, or just ask and see what you fawkers say

.030 all the way for me. My .023 spool only comes out when I run out in a jam or straight sheetmetal work.

Technique is important, but good technique with bad settings and your weld will suck.

I rarely play with my settings too much, I simply change my techniques for different style welds.

I refuse to change settings on my welder.

Autoset FTW. I thought I would never use mine, then I realized how lazy I couldbe by using it.

I got the stockers that came off red jeep somewhere still I think. Free if you want them.

hes not one of my good friends, hes friends with the kids i hang out w almost everyday who went to a different HS. in all honestly, i dont think hes that great of a guy as for as girls go, but i didnt care bc i know my sister can take care of herself.

That's good. I don't know if I trust my sister's judgement quite as well. I could see her getting in over her head fast. She's too trusting when people don't necessarily deserve it.
