teaching assistant at a private school specifically for special needs children. Most of them are on the autism spectrum but also have severe behavioral problems.

Thanks for the concern guys. She's doing fine now but has already made her mind up that she'll not be returning for next school year. This place has a notoriously high turn over rate.

Anthony, the place she works sounds like the school next to my store, the Judge Rotenburg Center. There are fire trucks & police there multiple times a week in the summer time and the employees walk around wearing helmets. (that's right, employees)

I feel a ratchet should take a reasonable amount of force applied to it without breaking. If a ratchet has a 6 inch handle, and can take say 50 ft lbs applied to it, I think a 12 inch ratchet should be able to take 100 ft lbs. Craftsman does not think this way. Of course the difference in opinion comes with using it every day for work vs using it at home to build/fix your own projects.

I applied there, they pay really well. I was working for the homeless shelter at the time so I looked like a good candidate I guess. They called me back but I got promoted by then. Cattle prodding little kids seemed weird to me anyway.

Same reason I quit my job at the shelter. I liked it, but I'm not really into social services as a career. The shift hours are always retarded and never work for me. I have THE perfect job for me and going to school. I don't get paid good but I have plenty of time to do homework and starting today I was able to work on my jeep after.
