I'm watching a show on ancient rome, and apparently pedophilia was accepted and sex with young boys was very common

in the movie gladiator, it's brought up. russel crowe is talking to one of the old dudes, a gladiator that was freed and he was confused as to what russel crowe's intentions were... so he said "well, what do you want? a young woman? a boy?"

so my work stopped having xmas parties a couple years ago, now they give us some cookies and a bottle of sparkling apple cider(non achoholic), even the summer BBQ has gone to crap, so now im drinking apple cider and eating cookies
