Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
Is that a big heim? Colin's heims are like $60 a piece but they're huge.

shackle traction bars are ghey![]()
i got the ruffstuff traction bar kit.
add yo toob, where its gonna mount on the jeep and the shackle
dana 60 under my jeep > dana60 on your bench
All I see is a $74 kit that come with two bushings and a bracket
and i get SWEET golden bolts and nylock nuts
i would spend way too much time making 3/8" brackets and they probably wont fit right until i trim them down 47 times
and these come with brackets that tie the bushing sleeves to eachother.
bushings and sleeves themselves would run about $30

Time is not an issue for me, it is, but I can't afford to spend money to save time. You can get non greasable bushing/sleeve sets for less than $15. Not too mention the frame end is still needs to be done. So it's only half a kit. If it were an all inclusive package i'd have no choice to buy it. If it came with two heims and a shackle I'm sure it would end up being how much it would cost me to piece everything together.
You meant Ross right? He just has an axle on a bench, Jeep on stands, and a stack of stickers.:shhh:you obviously didn't get the memo. you don't spend money on jeeps in order to save time, you spend money so you don't run the risk of letting too much accumulate in your bank. it's got nothing to do with saving time/wheeling sooner. just look at anthony for example.![]()
