As for the non reinforced belly pan + crossmember and UCA mount I agree. I also am not comfortable with the size of hiems used but I'm clearly not the only one there.
Saturday: maybe hit the yard for a few things I still need, meet Billy and buy a winch, fix jeeps, probably improve my blown-in insulation removal system and suck a whole bunch of shitty old insulation out of the roof and walls of my house.So, weekend projects?

I'll take non-boxed LCA mounts with 2 gussets (per side of mount) over boxed LCA mounts any day. At least in my mind, it means the mount is attached to a much wider area on the axle tube which should result in a lot more side to side strength.No comment on the first part, it wasn't meant to start an argument.

Non-boxed 1/4" LCA mounts, non-reinforced belly pan, and non boxed UCA mount.
