I've heard some good sounding 4cyl engines but nothing that I recall can be used on the street.

jap bikes sound somewhat decent i think, better than those bee cans all the people in worcester have on their civics

If anyone knows of a totaled freightliner or something, with a good motor and transmission (must be a REAL transmission...)

But if you are serious, My dad has a freightliner. C10 cat and a 16spd. engine needs a bit of work, but it is repairable

Not the one that was in the yard, but a twin to it. the one you saw is going to get a flatbed
98 freightliner, c10 cat, 16 spd, around 500k on it.
No idea what my dad wants for it, I will ask him when I see him later

I had plans long before you bought your 5 ton. quad cab bobbed truck with a Cummins N14 and a 18spd Road Ranger, kitted out to be a mobile repair shop/ base camp/ party wagon

I think next summer I'll be still be working on my MJ because I now have more excuses as to why I can't work on it than Anthony does and I'm going to be real tempted to quit the MJ and buy the 70 Duster off my dad and then I'll be crying at night to myself while everyone else has fun and drives offroad without me and even Adam will be done.

WOOOOOO!!!! My jeep will be done next summer!!!!

anybody have and bright ideas for turning xj seats into office chairs or just something comfy to sit in at the shop? im drawing blanks on the design

i put some small castors on one, works real mint for workin on stuff

I have a ton of errands that I'm going to skip as I need to change the filters and oil on my CTD then do the tow hooks so I can accomplish something on the MJ tomorrow.

I'm heating up my garage and then going to do some painting in/on the Jeep. And while verything is drying I'll run the vent line and gett he rest of the gas out of my old tank along iwth the pump. Then I can put it all back together and go drive around tonight. Maybe do some mawl crawlin and pick up some 12 year olds

- Brads to get all my filters and the studs/nuts
- CVS to pick up more crap for my burn
- Autozone for oil
- WT for a 39/64 bit
- Haircut since I hate going on the weekends when its wicked busy

My only worry is I nearly passed out when I stood up this morning. Feeling a lot better now though.

Oh well, guess I might have to pick up a safety rope and harness setup at eastern mountain sports on my way over today :roflmao:
