i think the root of the problem is the steering box output bearing. when jiggled, i can see the axis of the pitman arm move laterally about 1/16". no amount of adjustment anywhere will fix that. it's time for a new box. the heim has next to no play, but for insurance sake, i'm doing it anyway.
i'm in wolfeboro, NH right now :soapbox:what track bar do you have, i have a spare if you want to swap it out to see if thats it? i live in worcester now, so your a hop skip away
