THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Yeah I was just going to say that sounds too big. I gotta go check. But I just havnt ridden in like 2 months and I could really use the money. Fair price $275 you think?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

what does it have for components? you ought to be able to get more than that...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I'd love to get back into riding again. Took my friend's big hit out the other day just on the street and that thing is awesome

Otis AFB?

Otis is an airforce base, and therefore people can't get onto it. Although, my dad works there and I've gotten a tour around there before in a Humvee by the general before, and have gotten to go places people can't go.

No there is so much conservation land around that is all scenic and has some decent hills.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Keith, post it for $350 and don't take less than $250.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Should I spend my night:

Cutting up the unibody (fun)
Fabbing cart for mig welder (boring, but needed)

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

All this bike talk makes me sad. I was just thinking on my way home today that I should sell mine. I bought it mid summer from a dude who's girlfriend rode it once and stopped. I've only put about 20 miles myself and I just don't have the time anymore/ It's a 2009 Kona Fire Mountain 19" frame

It's 100% bone stock. And actually I think it's a 2010 because lookign for pictures I can't find it's color anywhere other than 2010. But this is the exact bike http://bikereviews.com/mountain-bikes/kona/2010-kona/kona-fire-mountain-mountain-bike/

And it's a 16" frame. My b

Damn. If it were a larger frame I might've bought it from you. TOO BAD!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Haha... the old 'buy the kit' comes back again...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Up to you. I don't mind building stuff, but for the MJ mostly.

For example I want to build a tube bender like Bill's but I hate not working on the MJ while I can still do stuff.

Yeah, I've been pondering a bender too. Ned offered to come down and help me fab my cage after I get tube. He said he'd bring his manual bender... Sorta sucks, but better than nothing.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Counting the 9 hours off for Rocktoberfest, I still have 31 hours of PTO left for the year. I can carry over up to 40 hours for next year, but I'm debating taking a Monday/Tuesday off soon and just haul ass on the MJ.

I'm thinking when it comes time to work on the front axle/suspension I might do that. Then I'll still have 13 hours to carry over towards next year or if something comes up beforehand.

I don't mind that idea. Maybe I could come down one of those days before I need to go to work and kick you in the butt to make jawsome progress

I want this

[awesome CTD pic]

I'll second that statement.

I think the clearance lights in my truck are leaking a bit of water onto the headliner. I watched it drip down yesterday. Gonna have to check that out.

same happened in Scott's 03. He just popped them off and splooged some RTV, they've been fine ever since. And a couple of his leaked pretty bad.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Me too with the bike dealo, although not at cool as some of yours.

Just get to it already. :)

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Colin, you could always buy a bender, use it, build one, then sell new one used to recoup funds and avoid the time lapse. Unfortunately thats what I usually have to do with time restraints and other issues.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

And Ross(+ whoever else is interested) I'm getting those Mac's straps for $150 shipped, so not a super great deal but whatever, still $15 off from if I ordered "new".

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I thought about that Bump, but we'll see what happens.

I don't really need any tube until it comes time to do a cage. I could pimp out other stuff with it but I don't really care to. I'd rather just get it done.

I'm already tired of not wheeling and it's only been a few months.
