My diffs take 3-3.5 gallons of fluid... each. All 3 of them :scottm:
The only sucky part is that it took two entire 5 gallon pails of gear lube to fill them, and pumping it in there took about an hour.
Colin, I'll trade you MJ beds and you can thrash the hell out of mine... I hear bondo doesn't dent as easily as sheetmetal... :eyes:

Might as well just build a buggy at that point. I'm all set with that.
Buggies are cool, but are boring at the same time. To me they all look the same. Sure they serve their purpose but I'm not trying to enter any competitions or anything.
I want mine to look like an MJ, have a cab with heat, have an MJ dash, etc. I bought my MJ so I could wheel an MJ.

i need to find somewhere that sells Gr8 bolts by the pound :doh:
Colin talked me outta 3/4" bolts for the UBE's, 5/8" will have to do (they also didnt have enough 3/4 hardware for both sides)

X2. I would like to build a buggy eventually but I have a million things I want or need to get done first so I'm not putting any thought into it. Red XJ is probably the last XJ I'm building though, so it better last (thus the rust free bit.)
