pedal power... my shop has one that's been staring at me for 4 years. it's a steel frame too and you almost can't get those anymore.

Eh, my buddy will end up having more fun with it. Will be fun to get him out wheeling. He was supposed to start tearing the transfer case down this past wkend but got lazy and drank beer and grilled with friends instead. :laugh:

And I will hopefully have a truck sometime in the next couple months, already got a couple emails out earlier today. I found an '04 CTD that looks pretty nice at a pretty good price; exactly what I want except for the little fact that it's a regular cab and I want at least a crew cab. Im torn between crew cab or a quad cab..

ah, gotcha. Hmmm, tough decision: take the bike to work tomorrow or the Jeep? Though it will likely be the altima since tuesday is the day when the mornign is super busy and only the altima has cup holders for a coffee so I am actually more alert and productive first thing like I gotta be

Mark I figured out what you're doing wrong... You aren't using the "xxxx it who cares" method of repair. I just used it on my oil leak, I've gone from a quart every 300 miles to a quart over the last month by filling it up and refusing to fix it properly. That being said I seem to have traded the oil leak for my gallon/day coolant leak and an ultra flaky oil pressure sender. You win some, you lose some :dunno:

Yeah cleaning gutters in the sun being attacked by bees 25' in the air sucks. And all I own is pants. Time to go fishing though!

It was? Wow, glad I was in the office by 8:30.

Was fairly comfortable out still when I moved another truckload of my stuff into storage at 7AM.

I can't believe it was already like 80* at 9 a.m.

it was comfy out at 3am when I left work Just wish I could have gotten up earlier so I could start with the bumper before it was a sauna outside =/

Oh yeah... I got home yesterday and found my new spare tire winch for the MJ waiting for me I'm going to install it in the parking lot at lunch. I'm really jealous of the south, this thing is absolutely spotless, the original paint is even shiny still. Mine is blistered and caked with rust.

I need a new spare tire winch for my CTD.

I sawzalled the plate that holds the tire up because the winch was frozen.

I might take it apart and try to clean it or whatever and weld the plate back up :dunno:
