THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Mark - got your mirror, they took 25 for it, hope you get some out of this because it cost me a bit of blood :roflmao: I wish you luck with the install because the nuts w/captive washers barely fit through the holes in the bodywork and you're gonna need the spares.

Ross - got your AC panel, they took 20 for it

Also picked up almost all the stuff I needed... whew. Just a coolant bottle (completely forgot to look for one) and a RENIX alternator are left on the list.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

morning gents, looks like another 20 hour day for me :D woo overtime. So what do you guys think is better? Alloys for my green jeeps rear axle? (29spline 8.25) or pick up a gas tank skid?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

93XJLI - hell yeah! Now you get to find a job and spend the rest of your life being paid to work instead of paying to work

Justpunchit - alloys, you can make yourself a gas tank skid

EDIT: wonder when my WJ balljoint kit is gonna show up... looks like I am WJ-ifying the hp30 with 4.10s I got (since it needs new balljoints and brakes anyways, and I got the WJ brakes/knuckles/steering for cheap) and then throwing it in "sometime".

I am really not looking forward to finding my electrical gremlins. I am really hoping I can just unplug my front clip and it will go away (so I know it's up in the front clip and not hidden in wiring somewhere) and worst comes to worst I can just swap my 98+ front clip on to solve my problems. Or I also kindof hope it's just a bit of corrosion and/or dirt causing the short and pulling all hte connectors apart and hitting them with electrical contact cleaner and an old toothbrush takes care of it

Oh yeah, grats on finishing up. :D So many people graduating.... it feels like I graduated so long ago but it was really only 2 years. And at the same time those two years flew by. Damn you real life.

Fixed that for you.

I am going to work on my jeep in the parking lot at lunch. Discovered that my gas tank fill neck is rusted through when I replaced the tank... damn you, rust monster!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i neeeeed coffeeeeee. but i can't leave my desk to go get some until this phone interview, since i know as SOON as i get in line, they'll call.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I always used to give my cellphone number for phone interviews for that reason. Just make sure you have your wall charger nearby in case the battery starts running down too much.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

where were people getting mini heims to build transfer case shifter links? I can't find the post anywhere, I want to build a better link for my height sensing valve because I just know that thing is getting ready to fall off, the plastic clips at each end are really loose
