Oh no. One of my packages supposedly got delivered today, except UPS says MET CUST WOM.

No women live in my apartment anymore... just dudes. I live in a semi crappy area of town.

Yeah, I know. I think I'm still going to sell the pickle, I dunno. Better to bank as much money as I can. Just because I'm making more doesn't mean I ought to spend more, tempting as it may be... I think I'll sell the pickle, and buy tube like I was initially planning. Then, once it's caged I can have some cash in the bank, and keep an eye out for a nice set of big ATs off someone's blingin fullsize for my street tires, and once I buy alloys for the front I can get some nice shoes on it when the procomps wear out. :dunno: just a rambling thought

dont worry, i wont. i want them for myself. they will be the next big purchase on my build. well, i will pick up the 60 gears first and then maybe order the gears n junk for the 14b so i can finish the shave. but the tires are next!!!!! cant do a build if you dont know tire size and ride hieght

what'd he want, 1500 for 5 with 1 run on them? That IS a real nice deal. Why don't you stop talking about how your going to get them, while obviously hoping someone else scoops them in the meantime so you can say "Damn, I was totally gonna buy those tires then some asshole got to them before I could"??? .!..!. TALK IS CHEAP, BUY THE DAMN TIRES ALREADY!

Sounds like a good plan to me. I'm really really hoping it was my downstairs neighbors, they've only opened my mail a few times before giving it to me and have never opened one of my packages.

I can't wait to get the hell out of this shithole known as Worcester.

Ross - I want to see you drive black jeep on the 14b+60 with stock tires on it. I bet you can do some really nice wheelies with that.

Ken, in one of your trips to the junkyard, could you see if you could pull a passenger side power mirror off an 1999ish explorer?

I'll toss it on the list... might not get to it tomorrow morning as I already have a coolant overflow tank, a renix alternator (hahaha, like I'm gonna find one of those!), the fuel pump out of a TBI 2.5L XJ/MJ/YJ, and the fuel pump assembly out of the MJ on the list, but I'll see what I can do.

EDIT: Kyle's got your cargo cover bracket trim thinger btw! Figured it would be easier for you to pick it up from him than me.

i couldnt agree more. the first set i found on pirate for 1800 with rims, the guy never PM'ed me back and hasnt signed on since i was serious enough at that time (and had just gotten a $925 paycheck) that i woulda gone and got them.

hmmm. Maybe I can just get a set of 37" kevlar mt/r's and DD/wheel them. That'd be better than having 2 sets of tires. God I hate swapping tires... especially big heavy ones :gee:

edit: fwiw, I'm not really concerned with "street manners" or driveability as much as I'm concerned about making them last. As long as they wheel good and will last more miles than a set of TSLs, I'm interested and would consider buying myself a set once I've got money saved and the procomps wear down...

Yes, that is true, but I was about ready to leave work today because I was so tired I couldn't function. Not getting sleep plus moving and going to a concert in the last 2 days has really drained me.
