I got picked a few months back...SUCKED. 3 days of driving into Brockton. Boring yet interesting case...other jurors were asshats and it was like pulling teeth getting them to decide on anything.

I was summoned last year. I was dismissed after an hour of sitting and watching a movie because all of the cases were resolved out of court. Hopefully you get the same luck that I had.

I have a nice 50" and a big couch for such marathons. Sonny I think also played the father or uncle at the end of F&F Tokyo Drift. Gordon Liu is also good from the Kill Bill movies.

I had a similar case in Brockton, old lady wouldnt make up her mind.

Mark, you can pretty much say goodbye to any chance of getting the TIG welder back. ive officially fallen in love again. Simply awesome madness will now ensue. i wanna pimp everything out with it now, i look forward to doing stupid things with a shave job now:D i want more clearence then a dynatrac housing!!!


i NEED to go get some 3"x5" .250 wall rect tubing now, i tried a test piece on the housing and it welded up super sweet!! (Yes my camera sucks sometimes) hopefully by the weekend ill have the truss built if i can get the piece of tubing tomorrow or wendesday.

I am so down, I have The Street Fighter series on DVD that would make a good introduction for Colin. Colin? Colin? Colin? We need to do this...

Also Gordan Liu got suck parts in Kill Bill. The leader of the crazy 88s and Pai Mei... I want to punch Tarantino in the face for that. I mean, you get all these bad ass martial artists on a set and you focus on some bitch that got a little pre-movie training? You just took a dumb on all those movies you stole from to create the movie, DICK.

Bump,

Did you see the movie that pai mei was stolen from? I forget the name but the character pai mei is stolen right from it. His name is pai mei in the movie and he looks the same as gordan liu in Kill Bill. What a DUMB movie.

hmmm... so I might have an hpd30 with 4.10s for $175 (unless I can find one cheaper, which I haven't.) Now I just have to get one of the guys at WPI to weld the tubes on the 8.8 to the pumpkin, unless I can bribe someone on here to do it for beer or something. I don't think I'll really need the tubes welded, but I would rather be safe than sorry and do it before it's under the jeep.

would have gone for 4.56s or 4.88s... but I save a few hundred bucks going this route, so they'll have to do, based on my budget. Hopefully 4.10s are enough.

I'll weld your tubes for beer, i'll even weld them WITH the beer. Does it matter that i'm not that good at welding? I have JB weld.

Ross - yeah, name your beer (within reason, of course. I'm not buying a keg for 10 minutes of welding :D) I'd do it myself but I think my welding is even worse than carmelo's based on his post :gee: It'll be a while before I have everything set up, I gotta clean the rust off and cut the rest of the hardware off and whatnot but I definitely don't have a heavy enough welder or the skill to deal with the axle tubes and pumpkin.

I also need to put spring perches on, but I think I can deal with those myself, and I need to get my pinion angle and stuff figured out first anyways.

speaking of spring perches - Rob, I'm thinking of heading up sometime tomorrow night, would probably end up in Keene around 6:30-7, would that work for you?

Ken, Ross drinks the beer before he welds by the way. It improves his skills immensely, the more beer you buy him the better the weld.

I actually do fine pitch soldering better after about 3-4 shots... as long as he doesn't weld the axle shafts to the housing, it's all good :D

Supposedly it does help steady your hand and increase concentration with a little bit in you.
