I can't find an hp30 with 410s for that kind of price (hell, I can't find 410s in an hp30 at all) - the 8.8 idea I sorta like. Hmmmmm...
So get some gears and either pay someone or do it yourself. :)
Direct bolt in for a lazy kid...:anon:
You might as well just bolt in a D30 then. It the same thing with a different center section.

i should so toss the 10.25 in the blue jeep and drive it around like that

I may be wrong but that was only the TJ front 44s and the JKs are "real" 44s. Not to mention they come with a locker and I think are brand new for $1500? I remember Colin saying he wanted one way back when.

Hmm didnt know that. I'm actually fine with my HP30 and 8.25. If I do any more to my axles other then gear to 4.56, it'll be install my alloy usa seals on my d30, ARB in the d30, alloy shafts in the rear and disc brakes in the rear.

even the jk's are junk, the knuckles bend very easy

It is the most stupendous jeep to ever roll on this earth. All it needs is a nice big dumb full floating rear axle to top it off.

Depends on what you want to do. With your current setup, I grab some genuine Spicer 760x if you havn't already, throw in some tube seals, and rear discs. Then go play.

That and they are not bolt in to an XJ.
