The MJ, "Overhaulin" style!

@shorty. i thought you wanted to sell that 2 door?

START NOW!!!!!

my daughter is 14 and I've already started putting a safe ride together for her. I realized a couple years ago that what I consider "safe" might not be the best choice for a teenage first-time driver. It's amazing what "quirks" you will overlook when you know you're the only one driving something, but for a new driver you want the best possible vehicle for learning.

My DD for the next couple years and the daughters toy after she shows us that she's mature enough to have it:

I love it when you see a picture of someones yard with several Cherokees. I do believe the OP here has us all beat. :)

I got a 93 XJ Sport, a 93 XJ Country and a 98 XJ Sport. You got me beat by a long shot.

I had a Liberty but I just sold it. Thank God!

I want that MJ. You have too many and I need more!

sadly, I'm back to two XJ's. The green one and the dark blue (not visible) went to needy Cherokee owners who had a use for them. I can say they are on the road (at least last month) though.

Well kinda! Old Blue is limping around right now with a busted D-30 ring gear. The next set will be cry-oed.

Is that the one with the RCV's?

Yep, I was using my jeep as a winch point for a yota that was having running issues. He was using his winch to pull himself up the steep trail when his battery died 30' from the top so I decided to yank him up with my jeep but in reverse, not good for a HP front axle. I know have a knocking sound coming from the ring gear. The rest of the axle is fine. I had to recover a sammy and 2 yota's that day on the same trail that my XJ and 2 wranglers came right up:cool:
