Just wondering what everyone's experience has been with them. They seem to be highly recommended from the threads I've read on here. I'm about to order a bunch of parts from them and I want to make sure this a reputable company. My main concern is the shipping, which I don't see anywhere on their website. I don't want to get screwed on ordering a stock set of leaves where I get charged a ridiculous amount to have them shipped...

The only problem I have with them is no responsiveness. If they have a part on hand they will ship it right then, but if they don't have it you won't be told about it, and you don't have much luck when you try to email/call to find out where your stuff is at--it just shows up a couple of months later. I've also had them mix up large orders, like the wrong quantities, missing parts, etc., and the inability to communicate with them makes it really hard to get straight. However I have always gotten what I've ordered from them, eventually.

I ordered a coolant bottle cap for my renix recently...got it 2 days after ordering. I was happy, but then again, that's a pretty hard order to screw up.

They have always looked too damn expensive from what I saw. I was looking at things like window regulators and door seals though.

I've not ordered much from them, but I always got my stuff in a few days. Check around for pricing before ordering tho, they have a few bits that seem way overpriced.

I have ordered a few hard to find things from them but as mentioned they are very proud of their stuff. (expensive)

I ordered a set of leaf springs and coil isolators from them yesterday. Leaves were a little pricey but I didn't want to go with the one's from Quadratec. I'm not fond of Crown replacement parts so I didn't really have any other choice except TeamCherokee. I'm confident they will come through for me. Thanks everyone!

You're probably getting Crown parts from Team Cherokee too. The OEM stuff they sell is labeled as such, otherwise it's the same crap you get everywhere else.

$300 for Crown springs would be akin to robbery.

I bought a TPS from them at a huge discount sale 2 years ago. It was an OEM part, still working. Got it for like 70% off dealer list. Just need to shop around. Prices and deals change.
