Might as well get started on this. (been one of those weekends already ruined by work, this will just complete it....)
Transfer all of the
domains (naxja.com, naxja.org, naxja.net, etc.) from Glenn to the club. Administrative contact should probably be the Treasurer, I'll volunteer to be the tech contact (unless somebody has an objection, or a deep burning desire to take this on.)
Transfer the vBulletin license to. Geoff, Randy & I should have the license info, I'd suggest that we just go ahead and spend the $30/year to have the ability to get all of the patches (not just security related) and upgrades.
Transfer the SoftLayer hosting account. Again, Geoff, Randy & I need to be authorized callers for support, the organization needs to keep up with the bills. The bills, IMHO, should go straight to the treasurer.
Glenn is already starting his tasks of moving non- stuff off the machines. I doubt there's anything we can (or should) do to help with this.
Right now, more than anything, I need to take a walk around the servers, to get a better handle on how's they're configured.
