Subscriptions?

What does it mean to subscribe to a thread. I don't know if this is just a thingmthat people say or do you really subscribe to a thread. Also is there a way to bookmark or save threads you like or find info on. I get tired of trying to remember threads I want to reference.

When you click on the the "Thread Tools" drop down menu there is a option to "Subscribe to the thread"

Click on it

You get four notification types.

Choose one

In your "USER CP" there is an option on the left menu bar to look at your subscriptions.

There must be another way also. I've never used thread tools yet I routinely find 8-10 threads that I viewed showing up in my user cp list.

You might be looking in your list of threads you've posted in

You can set your account to automatically subscribe to threads that you post in.

How do you fix that to only subscribe to the ones that I want to?
