Stock links re-fabbed to custom long arm?

Thoughts about fabbing custom front long arms? I am very familiar with fab work and have had intensive welding and fabrication. What to especially look for or do? Very limited budget or I would just buy a proper kit, and I like to build sh!t too.

Seriously though,you mention re-fabbing the stock links,that would be a definate NO.Secondly you said you can fab,so you really only should be asking detailed questions about your particular desing,like where to buy rod ends or threaded bungs.That being said there are "at least" 2 write-ups on (and even more pics of different homemade set-ups)!
