Still need help with my member status

I've sent a message through the forum admin link before, but nobody got back to me yet.

I paid my membership as soon as I received the reminder that it was about to expire, but my name still shows black.

Had the same issue when I first signed up, since my husband and I share a membership but use 2 different user names here on the forum, but someone corrected it manually.
