I'm trying goo-gone right now and so far it isn't working either.

4.5" flap wheel will get it off I'll bet. Repaint with POR15 as an undercoat, Spray on some bumper black and it'll look nice and new and be protected from rust. Like I said, you're gonna lose the stripes and the paint. Grind the shit off and call it a thread!

Try WD-40 or Goof-off

he's not gonna get anything done at all if he just goofs off, i would try more stuff than wd-40 before i gave up and started goofing off
