Has anyone cross referenced or brake hoses against other makes and models to see what other brake hoses would work? I want braided lines but most kits for or jeeps are for 4 to 6 " of lift and I'm going the other way... mustang stuff looks similar but not sure

Finally got around to installing and bleeding them.. much firmer pedal so very much worth it but I know they can be found for cheaper

There's plenty of options for lifted jeeps just not many for stock or lowered jeeps. Unless you want to be using zip ties to keep them out of the way.

Some Chevy truck brake lines fit, plus are good for a lifted xj. Not sure on what model truck though

98 chevy 1500 2wd front lines are long enough for the front of an XJ lifted 4-5". too long for what he needs.

these guys will make whatever you want, and the price is pretty good too.

they're local to me, he made the 29" hoses for the front of my prerunner for less than 20$ each.

I used a rubber coated holddown, with a small bungee to the UCA, stays out of the waY until I need it, then it flexes right down.

I bought some goodridge braided lines fo a YJ, I don't have them installed yet but you may want to give them a look, Just my .02.
