hah! nice dude!

havent watched the second one yet. man your jeep is clean. its the ultimate sleeper too. its soo quiet and stock looking.

btw yer leeking a little there.

it is so smooth, id expect with Duration 260/ 272, Lift .456/ .484 it would sound a little more, agressive.

You've had that jeep how long and you haven't ripped out the buzzer yet? :D
Sounds good .. the video picked up a really obnoxious horn sound in the background - almost like a fire alarm. Was that the buzzer mixing with the engine noise, or was that something on the engine?

You're out of gas :D

It sounds good, but your valve cover is a mess, time to tidy up a bit!

My son (age 7) picked out this color and I really like the way it worked out. I cleaned up a $6 junkyard cover hoping that it would fix an oil leak and the blowby. At least it fixed the blowby, the rear main is leaking like mad now.

The dual electric fans were working at full steam and the sound was echoing off the wall, adding to the sound from the buzzer. I'm gonna inactivate that stupid buzzer.
The fuel gauge sending unit's f'ed up so the gauge always shows empty even when the tank's full.
The Crane 260/272 would sound more aggressive than stock in a 4.0 but it's less aggressive in a stroker due to the added displacement. That's just as well for me 'cause the vehicle inspectors would probably fail it if they noticed a loping idle. Vacuum at idle is 16inHg in my stroker with the Crane cam (it was 17inHg in my old 4.0 with the stock cam) so that gives you an indication that the idle quality is near stock.

na....broken sending until....dont u read :D

dyno, the sending units in the jeeps a notorious for doing that (ive seen this 100 times where i work) the sending unit has 2 "fingers" that sweep across the circuit board to send the correct voltage back, the fingers over time stop making contact with the board. All you have to do is pull the pump, take the arm and float off the sender, bend the fingers out (way past where theyre suposed to be so that they will apply pressure to the board) put it back together, and your done!

no more counting miles or knocking on the gas tank

I haven't tried the bashing on the tank trick yet, and I don't want to remove the pump in case I jinx it (it's the original 14-year-old pump). ;) I'm quite happy to live with it and keep zeroing the odometer each time I fill up the tank until I really DO need to remove the pump.
I did pull out the little black box for the door buzzer so that's gone now.
